Articles should be 3-4 pages, typed and double-spaced. Images may include 12- 20 clinical photos, X-rays, illustrations, etc and should be high resolution [300 dpi]. All images should be individually digitized as JPEG’s or Tiff’s.

Please include a short bio of the author (s) along with their contact information for the readers.

References are at the discretion of the author and may or may not be published, depending on space requirements.

The material should be original and not previously published. Permission to reproduce illustrations and/or photos should be obtained by the author if necessary.
